Thank you for shopping with us.

All of our products are made-to-order and produced after an order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final, and we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Any reason not related to product defects

All items are considered final sale unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Custom / Made-to-Order Items

Many of our items are custom-made or made-to-order, which means they are specially produced after your purchase.

For this reason, custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include the following information:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Description of the problem

After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement or refund if the defect is confirmed.

Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Because our products are made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on the regulations of the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We cannot control or predict these charges.

Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Customs processing delays
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Packages lost due to incorrect address information
