Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Slice the impossible.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, please allow time for production before shipping.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–10 business days unless otherwise stated.

Made-to-order or custom items may require additional production time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Asia: 4–10 business days

  • Other international destinations: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • VAT

  • customs processing delays

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We cannot predict or control these charges.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs clearance

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • natural disasters or events outside our control


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If a package is confirmed lost during shipping, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
